Swim Lessons

Falfins has a successful and highly regarded year-round swim lessons program.   Our progression readies participants to join the swim team or simply be confident in their abilities in the water.  Lessons are taught by trained, experienced instructors certified in CPR and we guarantee a 4-1 student-teacher ratio.

Lessons Levels

Level 1
Water readiness
Water adaption:

• Blowing Bubbles
• Submersion of face
• Bobbing with bubbles
• Intro to Front & Back Floats

Level 2
Requirements: Comfortable in Water, Puts Face In Water, Blows Bubbles
Will Learn:

• Front and Back Floats
  
• Front and Back Kicking
  
• Glides
  
• Body Dolphin Kick
  

Level 3
Requirements: Front and Back Float, Front and Back Kicking,  face in the water on front float
Will Learn:

• Freestyle Arms
• Introduction to Side Breathing
• Backstroke Arms
• Introduction to Deep Water
• Jump In and Swim to Wall

Level 4
Requirements: Freestyle Arms and Backstroke, Comfortable Swimming in Deep Water
Will Learn:

• Freestyle with Side Breathing
• Introduction to Treading Water
• Introduction to Breaststroke
• Introduction to Butterfly

Level 5
Requirements: Freestyle with Side Breathing & Backstroke, Introduced to Breaststroke and Butterfly.
Will Learn:

• Extended Freestyle
• Extended Backstroke
• Legal Breaststroke
• Legal Butterfly
• Front Dives
